Beautiful 1960’s handmade party dress in a light chiffon material. The top has a watercolour style floral print and the skirt is light and floaty and tiered.Waist can be cinched in with the tie. A beautiful piece that has been made at home to an excellent standard.
In good condition considering age, elastic on the sleeves is slightly stretched.
